README — Supplementary Data Description ========================================================= This document provides a description of all supplementary data files accompanying the manuscript. --------------------------------------------------------- Genome Data --------------------------------------------------------- Genome_Hutou.zip Contains the genome assembly and corresponding GFF3 annotation file of Jasminum sambac cultivar “Hutou”. The archive includes the genome FASTA sequence (.fasta) and GFF3 gene annotation file (.gff3). Genome_Single-petal.zip Contains the genome assembly and annotation of Jasminum sambac single-petal cultivar. Provided as a compressed archive including the genome FASTA sequence (.fasta) and GFF annotation file (.gff). Genome_Double-petal.zip Contains the genome assembly and annotation of Jasminum sambac double-petal cultivar. Differential_Genes_48h_vs_0h.xlsx Contains the differential expression analysis of genes between 48 h and 0 h post-inoculation. Includes gene IDs, FPKM values, log₂ fold changes, p-values, adjusted p-values, and annotation information (KEGG, GO, NR, SwissProt, etc.). Supplementary Data 2. Differential_Genes_96h_vs_0h.xlsx Differentially expressed genes between 96 h and 0 h. Structure and annotation fields are identical to Supplementary Data 1. Supplementary Data 3. Differential_Genes_96h_vs_48h.xlsx Differentially expressed genes between 96 h and 48 h. Useful for identifying time-dependent transcriptional changes. Supplementary Data 4. All_Genes_FPKM_expression_matrix.xlsx Expression matrix of all detected genes (FPKM). Each column represents one biological replicate (DJ1, DJ2, DJ3 = 0 h, 48 h, 96 h), and each row corresponds to a gene. Differential_Metabolites_48h_vs_0h.xlsx Differentially accumulated metabolites (DAMs) between 48 h and 0 h. Columns represent biological replicates (DJ1–DJ3), rows represent metabolites.
