Overview

This replication package contains two analysis-ready Stata datasets and two Stata do-files corresponding to the paper’s two empirical components:

1)Contemporary attitudes analysis (IVS microdata)

2)Pre-industrial cultural values analysis (Berezkin folklore data)

All analyses were conducted in Stata and the do-files reproduce the regression tables reported in the Supplementary Materials.
