This supplementary information page includes OLS and Bayesian regression results and model performance metrics for 50 country-level models (25 FR and 25 TO) followed by 10 region-level models (5 FR and 5 TO). All tables are numbered as FR/TO pairs identified alphanumerically by a/b, respectively. For each enumerated table, the main table (on top) lists fixed parameters and their covariate zonal statistics in the first two columnns. The next four columns are fitting results for the optimal OLS regression model, and the last two columns are the Bayesian posterior mean and 95% credible interval. Beneath the main table are performance metrics for the OLS regression in the first two columns and the Bayesian hyperparameter and performance metrics in the last three columns (see Supplemental Information 1 for details on metrics).
All tables of country-level model outputs are in alphabetical order by country.
