The raw data is stored in HDF5 files which can be opened using for example https://myhdf5.hdfgroup.org/ The file 'SAXS_raw_Iq.hdf5' contains all azimuthally integrated SAXS profiles. They correspond to the data shown in figures S8 and S9 in the SI. The following entries are found in this file for each sample and spot set: -'Iq': Azimuthally integrated I(q). Each row corresponds to the I(q) of one temperature (ascending order, see 'T') -'T': Offset corrected temperatures -'q': q values for the I(q). Each row corresponds to the q of one temperature (ascending order, see 'T') The file 'Fit_parameters_and_Sv.hdf5' contains all the data shown in figure 2 in the main text. The following entries are found in this file for each sample and spot set: -'Hammouda_Params': Parameters obtained from fitting the Hammouda model to the raw SAXS I(q) -Column 0: Scale parameter G -Column 1: Radius of gyration Rg -Column 2: Dimensionality parameter s -Column 3: Porod exponent m -Column 4: Background B -Lines: Set of parameters for each temperature (see 'Hammouda_Temps'), ordered from low to high temperature -'Hammouda_Temps': Temperatures (offset-corrected) for each run that was fitted -'Kp_model_free': Porod constants Kp from figure S10 in the SI at different temperatures (see 'T') -'Sv_abs': Surface to volume ratio in m^2/cm^3 at different temperatures (see 'T') -'T': temperatures for all runs (used for 'Kp_model_free' and 'Sv_abs') -Entries named 'err...' correspond to the respective error
