File contains the centres of the Wannier functions that is outputted from the Wannier90 code. Lines 3-46 contain the centres of each of the 44 orbitals. The name of the orbital is in the first column, followed by the center position in x,y and z, respectively. Lines 47-58 contain the centres of each of the 12 atoms. As can be seen, the orbitals from each atom are clustered together and their center corresponds to the center of their corresponding atom after the wannierization procedure. This justifies associating the orbitals to particular atoms, as discussed in the manuscript.
