FINAL SUPPLEMENTARY AUDIT — 27 OCTOBER 2026

The complete eight-stage reproduction workflow was executed successfully from
a fresh extraction, using the declared package versions, authorized existing
HCP/DLBS inputs, and checksum-pinned public AOMIC and S900 sources supplied
locally. Both 2,000-draw bootstraps were repeated. Fresh numerical outputs were
compared against the distributed scientific results. Analysis definitions,
sample sizes, coefficients, uncertainty intervals and reported p values did
not change. The BSF figure builders were also executed and checked.

One execution fix was required: the official S900 CSV uses carriage-return
line endings. fetch_s900.py now opens its in-memory CSV stream with newline=''
so Python's CSV reader handles those records correctly. Its pinned source
checksum, participant selection and analysis models are unchanged.

One provenance correction was required in two synthesis JSON records: the
recorded SHA256 for the distributed HCP/DLBS summary file now matches the
actual bundled file. No scientific value in those JSON records changed.

README and integrity/preservation records were updated to describe these
changes accurately. Byte_Identity_v1_7.json explicitly distinguishes the
unchanged original files from the three intentional technical/provenance
changes. The original AOMIC plan, internal receipt and all original AOMIC
files remain byte-identical. Original package_validation.json describes the
historical v1.7 packaging check; this file and FINAL_AUDIT_2026-10-27.json
record the later end-to-end audit.

The full test used the documented offline-source option. This audit does not
claim that online servers or future package versions will remain available.
Ordinary scientific access conditions still apply to HCP/DLBS inputs. No
HCP/DLBS source data, family identifiers, participant residuals or full S900
CSV are distributed. The explicitly public CC0 AOMIC minimal file is retained.
