Submission requirements (condensed from journal guidelines)
Abstract: 100–150 words. Keywords: 4–6. Submit editable source and compiled PDF. LaTeX is recommended; Word is accepted. Use the Springer Nature template; LaTeX files must share one directory. Include title-page author details, affiliations, corresponding contact, and acknowledgments. Use numeric citations and DOI links. Provide Data Availability and applicable declarations on funding, interests, contributions, ethics/consent, and code/materials. Contribution and competing-interest information must also be entered in the submission interface. Obtain all authors' agreement. Disclose related unpublished material and overlap in the cover letter. No manuscript page ceiling or mandatory standalone cover-letter file was located.

Scope and interpretation
The journal covers advanced computing architectures, systems, performance methods, and applications. Its scope requires substantive technical development and engagement with prior work. An embedded-controller paper needs a clear systems contribution and defensible experimental comparisons; choosing this venue does not establish acceptance probability or a defense timetable. This is a fit assessment, not a Qualis verification. The adopted UFAM list was not supplied to this agent, so the asserted A2 status remains unverified here.

AI policy
Current Springer journal policy distinguishes low-risk editorial assistance from uses that affect interpretation, literature synthesis, or analysis. The latter require disclosure and human verification; authors remain accountable. The assistance in this project extends beyond spelling corrections and should be disclosed accurately. Do not claim the authors have checked every result until that verification has happened.

Suggested declaration for author review (not an assertion that review is complete)
“During manuscript preparation, the authors used ChatGPT (OpenAI) to assist with language editing, manuscript organization, literature verification, and preparation of analysis code and figures. The authors reviewed and verified the resulting text, references, code, and results against the source materials, revised the content, and take responsibility for the final manuscript.”
Revise the tool identity and activities to match actual use; retain the verification sentence only after author verification.

Reference-status policy nuance
The venue's reference section calls for published or accepted works. Springer general policy separately permits preprints clearly identified as preprints. MARS is verified as a preprint only. The existing ESL reference is described as under review; disclose its relationship without implying publication or acceptance. An accessible public preprint can be cited as such.

Submission-package recommendations (editorial recommendations, not additional venue rules)
- Clean manuscript PDF plus the exact editable source used to generate it.
- Bibliography with actual cited entries; remove uncited placeholders.
- Figures and tables tied to reproducible input records.
- Separate title page and declarations if required by the live submission form.
- Cover letter explaining the core systems contribution, thermal/static comparison, relation to the ESL audit letter, and any shared data.
- Supplementary run inventory, admission checks, analysis instructions, and data/code release identifiers.
- Funding, author contribution, competing interests, institutional details, and coauthor consent supplied or confirmed by the authors; do not invent them.

ZENODO RECORD CHECK
Candidate DOI in v19: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.23350634
Attempts to open the DOI, https://zenodo.org/records/23350634, Zenodo's record API, and DataCite's DOI API did not return accessible primary metadata through the web tool. This does not prove that the record is absent.
A secondary NLM dataset-index result identifies the title “Request Is Not Readback: Auditing a Runtime Controller's Self-Reported Telemetry on a Jetson Nano” with creators Jose Reginaldo Hughes Carvalho and Antonio Souto Rodriguez and the same DOI. This is a discovery lead, not verification of the deposited files, completeness, version, ownership, or coverage of the later static campaign.
Discovery URL: https://datasetcatalog.nlm.nih.gov/dataset?q=0003372412
Web source: turn65search3
Do not state that the full October dynamic/static corpus is publicly archived at this DOI until the actual repository manifest is checked. Do not invent a v2 DOI. The v19 “[v2 DOI]” token must be resolved before submission or replaced with a truthful availability statement that matches the accessible release.
