How to use
- Load the images. Load the 1-hour acquisition in the left panel and the 3-hour acquisition in the right panel, with βLoad DICOMβ or by drag and drop. Only uncompressed DICOM files (Explicit or Implicit VR Little Endian) are accepted.
- Heart ROI, 1 h. Click on the centre of the heart and drag outward to set the radius.
- Contralateral lung ROI, 1 h. Click once on the contralateral lung. Its radius is locked to the heart ROI.
- ROIs at 3 h. Press βCopy ROI 1 h β 3 hβ, or click on the 3-hour image to place the heart ROI and then the contralateral lung ROI. Radii are locked to the 1-hour ROIs.
- Adjust. Drag any ROI to move it and remove it with β. The WL and WW sliders change the display only; measurements always use the original pixel values.
- Record and export. Select the Perugini visual grade if required, then open βπ Export valuesβ to copy the values or download a CSV file.

H/CL = mean counts per pixel in the heart ROI divided by mean counts per pixel in the contralateral lung ROI, measured on the same image.
