The supplied CSV retains the original 42-column schema.
topology_id identifies a family–seed–rho combination (600 values). It is not an independent base-matrix identifier.
base_topology_id is derived by analysis_jcss.py as family + "|seed" + topology_seed (120 values). It is not an extra stored CSV column.
Each base_topology_id contains all five coupling levels, four input conditions, and 18 shocks per baseline: 360 rows.
Regression covariance clusters and grouped cross-validation use base_topology_id. Pooled bootstrap summaries average within base matrices before resampling.
The NPZ curves are aligned row-for-row with the CSV. Post-forcing curves begin at the state following the last forcing update; the shorter observation windows for eight-step forcing retain trailing NaN padding.
In analysis table files, the historical field n_topologies means the number of base-matrix blocks in the corresponding stratum. The field name is retained for compatibility.
