Contents and scope
This archive contains 17 machine-readable CSV files, a file index and a field guide.
Supplementary_Material_1.pdf provides the supplementary methods, Tables S1-S8 and
Figs. S1-S3. File_index.tsv links each CSV to its corresponding table or method.
These files support the current non-PNM regional activation analysis: 20 CoSpine
participants (40 hand-task runs) and the existing HCP cohort of 100 unrelated
participants (200 phase-encoding runs). No withdrawn PNM, PPI, FIR or spinal
results are included. This archive does not contain raw MRI, full pipeline scripts,
or HCP participant-level records. The latter remain subject to HCP data-use terms.

Analysis sets
FINAL_corrected: all 20 currently eligible CoSpine participants after correction
of anatomical-mask mapping and first-level refitting. All four regions are complete.
B_old_matched: historical models restricted to matched eligible participants.
C_corrected_matched: corrected models in exactly the corresponding B participants.
B and C are processing-sensitivity sets, not additional cohorts. Their complete
four-region/S1 sample is 17; M1, PMd and PMv have 19 matched participants.
A values in Sample_processing_decomposition.csv describe the historical non-PNM
sample. B-A and FINAL-C describe sample-composition changes, not independent-group
effects. C-B is the within-participant processing change. Do not attach FINAL sample
sizes to the historical estimates.

Regional measures
D_ROI = [(C_RH,L - C_RH,R) + (C_LH,R - C_LH,L)] / 2.
RH/LH identify the moving hand; L/R identify anatomical hemispheres. Both hand
differences are contralateral minus ipsilateral. D_motor is the unweighted mean of
D_M1, D_S1, D_PMd and D_PMv. HCP regional values average the LR and RL phase-encoding
runs within each participant; LR/RL do not denote moving hands. All values retain
their cohort-specific COPE units and are not percentage signal change.

Inference and interpretation
The CoSpine composite and regional tests use exact two-sided mean sign flips;
HCP composite and regional tests use exact binomial sign tests. Five regional
contrasts retain their own Holm family in each cohort. Paired processing changes
form an additional five-test Holm family. WTS is a revision-stage covariance-aware
sensitivity analysis, not retrospective validation of historical ROI-label
exchangeability. Pointwise percentile intervals and sign-flip tests are different
inferential constructions. Cohort-specific tests and scales must not be pooled.
See Supplementary Material 1, Sections S4-S6, for exact methods and resample counts.

File preservation and naming
All 17 CSV payloads are byte-identical to the checked numerical source package.
Only the archive name and documentation were updated on 4 October 2026; no
imaging analysis or statistical inference was rerun for this editorial delivery.
File_index.tsv supplies row counts and SHA-256 checksums for the CSV files.
The source filenames and machine-readable field names, including endpoint,
primary and prespecified, are retained for traceability and compatibility.
They do not establish prospective registration or change the revised study roles.
Historical mixed-schema columns that are empty are not new or missing tests.
