CORE CLAIMS
- Global finite-energy well-posedness under a defocusing subcritical source.
- Exact energy dissipation identity.
- Indirect asymptotic stabilization.
- No uniform exponential stability.
- Quadratic imaginary-axis resolvent growth.
- Sharp t^{-1} energy decay for linear strong data.
- Near-sharp small-data nonlinear decay with an epsilon loss.

IMPORTANT SCIENTIFIC SCOPE NOTE
The sharp t^{-1} theorem is proved for the linearized system. The nonlinear theorem is intentionally stated with an epsilon loss. This prevents overclaiming an endpoint nonlinear rate that is not justified by the assumptions.
